Accounts Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Manager with a strong background in UK accountancy practice to take on a key leadership role within a dynamic and supportive team. You’ll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting and tax services, while acting as a trusted advisor to businesses across a range of sectors.

As an Accounts Manager, you'll oversee the preparation and review of statutory accounts, management accounts and corporation tax returns, ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time. You’ll build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive advice and support, and identifying opportunities to add value to their businesses.

A significant part of the role will involve leading, mentoring and developing junior team members, reviewing their work and supporting their professional growth. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to help drive the continued success and growth of the practice, contributing to operational improvements and ensuring exceptional client service standards are maintained.

This role is ideal for a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with proven experience in practice, strong technical knowledge, and excellent people management skills. You'll be ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to play an influential role within a growing firm that values expertise, collaboration and career development.
