We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.\nWe'll support you in gaining your professional qualifications through AAT Level 3 or Level 4, providing hands-on experience alongside structured study support to help you build a successful career in accountancy.\nKey Responsibilities\nWhat you'll do\nAssist with bookkeeping for a varied portfolio of clients\nProcess invoices and financial transactions\nSupport bank and account reconciliations\nAssist with VAT returns and management information\nLearn and work with cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, Sage and QuickBooks\nDevelop a strong understanding of accounting principles and client servics\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nAn interest in finance, bookkeeping, or accountancy\nStrong numerical and organisational skills\nGood attention to detail\nA proactive and positive approach to learning\nStrong communication skills\nGCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English\n No prior experience is required.
