You will be central to our month-end reporting cycle, turning large volumes of financial data from multiple organisations into accurate, timely and well-presented reporting. As the business continues to expand, you will also have the opportunity to support a broad range of finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc analysis.\n\nThis role suits someone who is highly organised, takes pride in accuracy, and is energised by working to firm deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel skills are essential.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMonth-end reporting: Prepare, consolidate and validate financial data from multiple organisations to support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.\n\nModelling and forecasting: Maintain and update financial models, budgets and forecasts, ensuring formulas, links and assumptions are accurate and well documented.\n\nAnalysis: Track and analyse KPIs, investigate variances, and summarise findings clearly for senior finance staff.\n\nPresentation of results: Build and refine reports and presentations for management, ensuring consistent formatting and accuracy.\n\nData integrity: Perform reconciliations and data updates in financial systems, and maintain the integrity and organisation of financial databases.\n\nPlanning and delivery: Manage competing deadlines across multiple entities, keeping files, trackers and version control in good order.\n\nAd-hoc and improvement: Support ad-hoc analysis, projects and process improvements, including opportunities to automate recurring tasks.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nA recognised degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.\n3+ years’ experience in finance, accounting or FP&A.\nExperienced in preparing management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and presentations.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including lookup functions (XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH), SUMIFS, PivotTables and working efficiently with large datasets.
