This role can be fully remote, with occasional travel for team meetings where required.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a Senior Insolvency Case Administrator, you'll manage a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, taking ownership from appointment through to closure. Working closely with Insolvency Practitioners and Managers, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to clients, creditors and stakeholders.\nResponsibilities\nManaging a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from inception through to closure.\nPreparing statutory documentation, reports and correspondence.\nHandling CVLs, MVLs, Administrations and Liquidations.\nLiaising with directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders.\nAssisting with investigations and asset realisations.\nEnsuring compliance with insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements.\nMaintaining accurate case records and meeting key deadlines.\nSupporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nYou'll ideally have:\nPrevious experience within corporate insolvency.\nExperience independently managing insolvency cases.\nStrong knowledge of insolvency procedures and legislation.\nExcellent organisational and communication skills.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nA proactive and client-focused approach.\nCPI qualification or relevant studies would be advantageous but not essential.\nBelong @ Sumer\nAt Sumer, we know everyone’s journey is different.
