They are collaborative communicators who thrive at the intersection of technology and business, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey with confidence and clarity.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the technical consulting process for assigned clients by assessing both expressed and hidden needs, recommending fit-for-purpose solutions, and coordinating follow-up support to ensure long-term success.\nGuide customers through their digital transformation journey by simplifying technology adoption, addressing potential technical roadblocks, and reinforcing Sumerge’s role as a trusted partner.\nContribute to the design and recommendation of enterprise architectures and platforms using Sumerge technologies to deliver scalable, efficient, and business-aligned solutions.\nCollaborate with product management and engineering teams to stay informed on industry trends and provide client-driven insights that help shape solution enhancements and maintain competitiveness.\nWork closely with the Sales team to uncover and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts, strengthening client relationships and supporting revenue growth.\nDeliver clear, structured, and engaging technical presentations and demos that combine solution capabilities with relevant industry knowledge to build client confidence and enable informed decisions.\nOwn the preparation of proposals and responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs by producing accurate, compelling, and customer-aligned technical content that improves win rates.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.\nExperience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting;
