We combineren een warme, collegiale sfeer met een hoge graad van expertise.\nMomenteel zoeken we bij Hansen Industrial Transmissions te Edegem een:\nIT APPLICATION SPECIALIST\nJouw verantwoordelijkheden\nAls IT Application Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse ondersteuning van het JD Edwards (JDE) ERP-systeem. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met internationale key users, proceseigenaren en externe partners.\nJe lost technische problemen op, voert configuratie- en systeemverbeteringen door en bouwt expertise op in de JDE-toolkit en bijhorende technologieën.\nDaarnaast ondersteun je de belangrijkste bedrijfsprocessen, coördineer je het change managementproces en bewaak je de integratie tussen JDE en andere bedrijfsapplicaties om een betrouwbare en efficiënte systeemwerking te garanderen.\nJouw profiel en persoonlijkheid\nJe hebt ervaring met enterprise applicatieondersteuning, bij voorkeur JD Edwards of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem, en kennis van bedrijfsprocessen zoals sales, productie, logistiek en finance.\n\nJe beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een echte teamspeler die vlot samenwerkt met zowel IT als business.\n\nJe hebt een servicegerichte en pragmatische ingesteldheid, met focus op het bieden van efficiënte en gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen.\n\nJe werkt nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht en je bent in staat om problemen van analyse tot oplossing op te volgen.\n\nHeb je ambitie om op termijn door te groeien naar een leidinggevende rol binnen het applicatieondersteuningsteam?
