With production locations in Markt Indersdorf near Munich and Edegem near Antwerp and subsidiaries in Benelux, France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, Turkey, Great Britain and India we serve the EMEA market (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and India.\nJouw verantwoordelijkheden\nAls onderhoudstechnieker ben je samen met jouw collega’s binnen het team van Machine Maintenance verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van het geautomatiseerd machinepark en onze installaties.\nJe zorgt op een zelfstandige en efficiënte manier voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud op vlak van elektriciteit, mechanica en sturingen (PLC/CNC). Daarnaast ben je ook betrokken bij verbeteringen en wijzigingen aan het machinepark.\nJe analyseert terugkerende problemen en werkt verbetervoorstellen uit. In nauwe samenwerking met de verschillende productieafdelingen zorg je ervoor dat de machines en installaties optimaal beschikbaar zijn voor productie. Om dit te doen ben je bereid om in vroege, late of dagploeg te werken en afhankelijk van de benodigdheden ook in wachtdienst.\nJe rapporteert naar de Maintenance & Facilities Manager.\nJouw profiel en persoonlijkheid\nJe hebt minstens een bachelor/A2 diploma binnen een STEM richting en/of ervaring met elektriciteit, mechanica, hydraulica en/of geometrie\nJe hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in onderhoud (preventief en curatief) van machines\nJe hebt gewerkt met PLC en CNC-sturingen en kan mechanische, elektrische en hydraulische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren\nJe hebt een passie voor techniek\nJe houdt ervan om op een analytische manier technische problemen op te lossen, je laat niet los tot een storing is opgelost\nJe wisselt zelfstandig werken af met teamwork en goed overleg met je collega’s\nJe stelt je flexibel op en bent bereid om ingeschakeld te worden in onze ploegen- en wachtdienst\nOns aanbod\nWij bieden een bediendencontract van onbepaalde duur met een marktconform salaris en aantrekkelijke extralegale voordelen, waaronder:\nMaaltijdcheques van € 10 per gewerkte dag\nEchocheques van € 250 op jaarbasis\nGroeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering, verzekering gewaarborgd inkomen\nEindejaarspremie\nVergoeding voor shiften en wachtdienst\nBonus (CAO90) gebaseerd op bedrijfsresultaten\nBedrijfseigen 2,5% premie\nCafetariaplan met mogelijkheid tot leasen van een fiets, fietsvergoeding van € 0,37/km\nWork-life balance vinden we belangrijk.
