  • Auf wechselnden Baustellen innerhalb Deutschlands, überwiegend zwischen Emden und Düsseldorf
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft zur Sicherstellung der Baustellerwnanwesenheit erfordelich(inkl. Übernachtungen)
  • Projektbüro in Düsseldorf

Ihr Aufgaben

Vertragsart: Befristeter Arbeitsvertrag (bis zum Abschluss des A-Nord-Projekts, voraussichtlich Anfang 2028

Nicht ausschließlich abhängig von Projektnotwendigkeit und -dringlichkeit, jedoch wie folgt beschrieben:

  • Unterstützung des Projekt- und Baustellenmanagements
  • Schnittstellenunterstützung zwischen Endkunden, Auftragnehmer und SEI
  • Baustellendokumentation: Erstellung und Verwaltung von täglichen/wöchentlichen Berichten
  • Koordinierung von Nachunternehmen und eigenen Personal
  • Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen

Baustellenaufsicht:

  • Fortschrittskontrolle der Arbeiten voneigene Mitarbeiter und Nachunternehmern (Personalstärke, schweres Gerät etc.)
  • Kontrolleund Durchsetzung der Arbeitssicherheitsvorschliften
  • Prüfung von Plänen, Entwürfen/Zeichnungen sowie Mengen

Ihr Profil - Qualifikationen und Erfahrung

Erforderlich

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau)
  • Reisetätigkeit (inkl. Übernachtungen)
  • Erfahrung in der Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Bauwesen
  • Erfahrung in der Installation von Stromkabelsystemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in CAD Drawing
  • Wohnsitz und gültige Arbeitserlaubnis in Deutschland
  • Gültiger deutscher oder EU-Führerschein der Klasse B

Von Vorteil

  • Berufserfahrung in Wanderbauprojekten
  • Kenntnisse in MS Project oder vergleichbarer Projektsoftware
