Targeted job training provided for all skill levels starting on day 1 and throughout your career at Judd Wire.\nHiring Range: $20.32-25.13/hour, $3.00/hour 3rdshift differential.\nJob Duties\nWork from SOP’s, work orders, schedules, written and verbal instructions as to set up and operate irradiation equipment control panel. Adhere to programmed specifications, maintain records in BPCS system.\nMaintain continual check on control of samples to ensure insulated wire is receiving proper irradiation. Spot operations should equipment failure result in not adhering to dosage specifications.\nCheck wire and cable before stringing up on machine; restring if breaks. Refer product work to proper department if received for irradiation in an improper condition.\nMaintain log on equipment, performance, hours and other similar information as instructed. May assist others in minor repairs, outer/inner irradiation vault as appropriate. Clean wire path line to maintain clean product coming out of vault. \nCross train on all E beams and rotate between as scheduled.\nDetect and report defective materials, malfunctioning equipment, unusual conditions to supervision. Observe all safety rules and regulations.
