Position at First Sumiden Circuits, Inc.
- Creates and manages efficient manufacturing schedules, ensuring materials, labor, and equipment align with demand to deliver products on time while controlling costs, using strong analytical, communication, and technical skills (ERP/MRP software), focusing on optimization, inventory control, problem-solving, and collaboration across departments like Sales, Procurement, and Production.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Production Planning, preferably within the Electronics industry
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning and Control processes
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed daily/weekly/monthly production plans.
- Resource Coordination: Ensure raw materials, machinery, and labor are available for production runs.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and initiate material orders.
- Demand Planning: Collaborate with the Resource Persons to forecast demand and adjust plans.
- Process Optimization: Analyze production data to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and implement LEAN principles.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot production bottlenecks, delays, and quality issues.
- Reporting: Track progress, report on performance, and maintain production records.
