Partnerships are central to Summa’s approach, as reflected in its status as a certified B Corporation, its membership in the PRI System Stewardship Advisory Committee and the GIIN Investors Council, and its collaboration with the Capitals Coalition.\nAbout the role\nAs our Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the operations of a leading private equity firm, working closely with senior management on projects that support Summa's strategic priorities and day-to-day business. You will contribute to a broad range of initiatives, from data analytics and AI to investor relations and operational improvements.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nData & analytics:Support firm-wide initiatives by collecting, structuring and analyzing data, and developing reports, dashboards and other analytical materials.\nAI & process improvement:Explore opportunities to streamline and automate processes using AI and other digital tools.\nInvestor relations:Support the preparation of investor materials, quarterly updates and other communications.\nStrategic projects:Contribute to key initiatives, including our annual investor meeting, impact reporting and other firm-wide projects.\nPresentations & internal meetings:Prepare presentations and materials for senior management, internal meetings and external stakeholders.\nAd hoc support:Assist the COO and Operations team with analyses and projects across the business.\nWho are we looking for?\nIdeally, you have:\nA recently completed master's degree in finance, economics, analytics, engineering or a related field, with strong academic results.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, and confidence working with numbers and complex datasets.\nAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with data analytics tools is a plus.\nAn interest in AI, automation and how technology can improve business processes.\nExcellent communication skills and fluency in English.\nPrevious internship experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity or another analytical environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.\nAs a person, you are structured, detail-oriented and proactive. You enjoy taking initiative, collaborating with others and learning from experienced colleagues.
