As our Lifestyle Coordinator atSummerset Cranbourne North, you’ll play a key role in shaping a welcoming, connected and engaging village environment-where lifestyle, wellbeing and meaningful experiences sit at the heart of everyday life.\nWorking closely with the Lifestyle Assistant and the wider village team, you’ll plan, coordinate and deliver meaningful activities that help residents stay connected, involved and part of village life. You’ll build strong relationships with residents and their families, taking the time to understand what matters to each person and creating experiences that bring enjoyment and purpose to their day.\nKey responsibilities\nPlan, coordinate and deliver a varied lifestyle and activities program tailored to residents’ interests and preferences\nLead and take part in activities, resident functions and planned outings\nSupport residents to feel connected to the wider village community\nCommunicate regularly with residents, families and supporters, including through newsletters and other updates\nMaintain accurate resident assessments, participation records and lifestyle-related care plan documentation\nEnsure activities meet aged care standards, safety requirements and organisational policies\nContribute to activity planning, budgets and a positive, welcoming village culture\nHours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.\nPlease click here to view the position description\n You’re a warm, creative and organised person who enjoys bringing people together and creating experiences that are meaningful to them.
