Choose full-time or part-time hours, a start time that works for you, and drive a company vehicle between stores.\nWhat We Offer\nFull-time or part-time: choose the schedule that fits you\nFlexible start times\nCompany vehicle/mileage reimbursement for driving between stores\nPay: $21 - 23.00/hour\nFull Time Benefits: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement with Company Match and Paid Time Off\nWhat You’ll Do\nStock, rotate and face product in coolers, on shelves, racks and displays in high-volume stores.\nAssist Delivery teams on load days in your assigned stores.\nBuild and refresh promotional displays to store and company standards.\nOrganize back stock and move product quickly from storage to the sales floor.\nPull outdated or damaged product and flag it for your Summit Sales Rep.\nVisit your assigned stores each day and finish each one with a clean walkthrough.\nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Need\nValid Montana driver’s license and a good driving record\nAbility to lift 35 lbs regularly (up to 165 lbs occasionally when handling kegs) and push/pull loaded carts\nComfortable on your feet all shift, including time in cold coolers\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nGrocery, retail or beverage experience is a plus, not required\nA self-starter who works well independently\nPHYSICAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:\nSeeing: Must be able to read pricing tags, product labels, read and interpret documentation. Must be able to see while driving at all times of the day. 75 - 100%\nHearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with fellow employees and account contacts. Must be able to hear horn/alarms while in account backstock areas.\nStanding/Walking: 75-100%\nSitting at Desk / Sitting while driving: 0-24%\nClimbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 50-74%\nLifting/Pushing/Pulling: 75-100%(Lift approx. 35-55lbs - push/pull cart approx. 100-150lb)\nGrasping/Feeling/Hand Dexterity: 75-100%\nDriving & Travel: Between accounts25-49%\nWorking Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to extreme cold, extreme heat, and vibration. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts, in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
