You'll learn every route in the market, work with a wide range of customers (retail, bars, restaurants), and build the experience that can lead to a route of your own.\nWhat You'll Do\nWhen covering a sales route:\nRun the route efficiently, calling on each account on schedule and spotting new sales opportunities\nPresent products, take orders and close sales to keep customers stocked and hit volume and distribution goals\nManage inventory levels, collect payments and keep route records accurate and up to date\nBuild displays, execute ad features and perform resets that beat the competition\nResolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally\nWhen there's no route to cover:\nMerchandise in stores: stock, rotate and face product on shelves, in coolers and on displays\nWork back stock and check pricing, rotation and placement\nPull outdated or damaged product to keep our quality standards high\nWhat We Offer\nMonday-Friday schedule: weekends off\nCompany vehicle/mileage reimbursement\nA path to your own route: learn the whole market and grow your sales career\nVariety: different routes, customers and challenges each week\nCompetitive Pay & Great Insurance Benefits\nRetirement with Company Match\nPaid Time Off\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Need\nValid Montana driver's license and a good driving record\nSales experience, ideally in beer, wine or beverage (a bachelor's degree is a plus, and equivalent experience counts)\nMerchandising experience in grocery or retail is a plus. \nAbility to lift 35-55lbs. routinely (up to 75lbs. occasionally) and stand, bend and kneel throughout the day\nComfortable traveling between accounts in all Montana weather, with occasional 8-10 hour days\nStrong communication skills and a knack for building relationships with customers\nOrganized, dependable and accurate with records and details\nMust be 21+ (alcohol beverage sales)\n Ready to Join Us?
