Answers inquiry calls about facility services and availability, performs pre-registration, verifies insurance eligibility, and coordinates with the insurance company. Facilitates assessment and/or intake to facility services when appropriate. Provides administrative support to the department of admissions, ensuring the quality of service to clients and their families.
