Assists department directors and staff to maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures and regulatory and accrediting agencies to ensure that there is a safe environment in which to provide quality care.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nAssists in maintaining accreditation compliance, client safety goals and other state or licensing requirements.\nAudits program components to ensure compliance with contracts, licensing, and accreditation standards.\nAssists in the development and oversight of corrective action plans to address deficiencies in contract compliance.\nMaintains updated policy and procedure manuals and electronic and physical database.\nAssists in the attainment and renewal of accreditation and licensing for the facility.\nMaintains and analyzes incident reports to support PI data collection and reporting needs and direction. Enters data into computer database for reporting and tracking purposes.\nAssists in the development of new programming and program expansion projects including quality related training.\nAssists in the initiation and oversight of the follow-through for program improvement initiatives and corrective actions.\nCompletes quality analysis reports and identify recommendations for improvement.\nFacilitates document processing between managers and committees.\nAssists department directors and staff as needed to maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and policy implementation.\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree within a clinical healthcare field such as nursing or counseling preferred. \nOne years’ experience with Joint Commission/CARF accreditation preferred and working in a compliance or quality capacity.\nLICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:\nCPR and de-escalation certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).\nFirst aid may be required based on state or facility.\nWORK LOCATION:\nThis position is onsite at the facility and is not a remote position.\nSUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:\nThis position is an Individual Contributor.\nWhy Victory Addiction Recovery Center?Victory Addiction Recovery Center offers a comprehensive benefit plan and a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
