This role requires safe handling of pressurized gas cylinders, compliance with DOT and Hazmat regulations, and strong customer service skills to support ongoing beverage operations.\nESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:\nDeliver and install CO₂ and nitrogen beverage gas tanks at customer locations.\nSafely transport, handle, secure, and refill pressurized gas cylinders as needed.\nManage and service an assigned beverage gas delivery route.\nMaintain accurate tank inventory and track usage on assigned routes.\nComplete and maintain required DOT and Hazmat documentation, including bills of lading.\nEnsure compliance with DOT, Hazmat, and company safety regulations.\nPerform routine inspections of tanks, vehicles, and delivery equipment.\nProvide professional customer service and support to existing accounts.\nCommunicate delivery issues, inventory needs, or customer concerns to management.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and equipment.\nUse a smartphone or tablet to manage work orders, invoices, and secure payments.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nThe qualifications listed below are representative of the elements required to perform the job successfully, however in some cases, an equivalent combination of Education, Training, Certifications and Experience may meet the job qualifications.\nEducation, Training, Certifications:\nHS Diploma or equivalent required.\nValid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)- required\nMust have or be able to obtain Hazmat endorsement for CDL, upon hire. \nExperience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements:\n1 year route delivery experience, preferred.\nMobile Technology Proficiency, preferred. \nInventory control experience, preferred. \nCommunication Skills:\nMust have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers. \nOther Qualifications:\nValid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required. \nMust be able to comply with SFP’s Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements to include DOT physical, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement.\nPHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform Essential Job Duties.\nPhysical Requirements:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, ascend and descend step stools, ladders and stairs, kneel, crouch, balance, drive, lift >50lbs, reach above and below shoulders, stand and walk for extended periods of time.Employee is required to see in color, close and far distances, peripheral, depth, and adjust focus.\nWork Environment:\nEmployees will regularly be required to work outside, and be exposed to hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, chemicals, electrical hazards and noise.
