We are innovating value-based care and leveraging integrated applications, population insights and staffing expertise to ensure all patients have access to high-quality, connected care services that provide better outcomes at a reduced total cost of care.\nPlease Note: We will only contact candidates regarding your applications from one of the following domains: @summithealth.com, @citymd.net, @villagemd.com, @villagemedical.com, @westmedgroup.com, @starlingphysicians.com, or @bmctotalcare.com.\nJob Description\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPerform quality assurance functions to accomplish business coordination, monitoring, and reporting of quality assurance studies.\n Develop and implement auditing system for new employees and anyone that is in the process of receiving additional training.\nEstablish incentive and motivation techniques for supervisors to utilize when handling quality assurance.\nIdentify consistent recommendations for supervisors to follow when proper quality standards are not met.\nPublish organizational quality scores consistently.\nWork with operational leadership, training personnel, and reporting personnel to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate quality assessment needs.\nReviews, tracks, and communicates information regarding process variations and communicates to management.\nMaintains current and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans, and effectiveness monitoring. \nProvide recommendations for process and workflow improvements on an ongoing basis.\nParticipates in meetings/work groups to ensure communication and knowledge of operational activities and assist with initial training on functions/workflow changes.\nAnticipate and communicate future training needs. Work with managers, training department, and reporting department to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate quality assessment needs.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nFamiliarity with New Jersey DEP and New York State regulatory requirements\nResponsible to ensure department up to date on Evicore Compliance/ Readiness\nCompliance Responsibility includes Contrast Extravasation follow up/ Committee.\nQA Assurance Program & Committee Meeting Responsibility\nMaintain MRI Policy & Procedure implantation & updates.\nEnsures quality of all patient MRI services.\nMaintains and updates the State records.\nReports and maintains qualification numbers for both staff and radiologists.\nTrains all MRI technologists for better utilization of resources and overall workflow within the sites.\nMaintains MRI safety training for all Level 1 and Level 2 staff\nTrains new staff as well as be able to re-educate current staff on positioning.\nWorks with the MRI leads and screening coordinators and reviews quarterly MRI stats, results, and testing.\nLiaison between Radiology group, staff, Site Managers, referring community, etc.\nPursues and maintains ACR Accreditation in all centers that provide MRI services and State inspections.\nAssists Director of Operations and Site Mangers as other duties are assigned.\nMaintain relationships and works with all Radiology site leadership, Oncology, Cardiology, Marketing, and Imaging RN’s\nForm systemic standard between New York/ NJ/ West Med/ Oregon locations.\nAdheres to the Company's policies and procedures.\nPromote the organization's culture, mission, vision, and values across the entire region to all stakeholders.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nARRT with an advanced modality in MRI and 5 years’ experience in performing MRI’s.\nOutstanding customer service skills.\nExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and internal and external public relations skills.\nExperience and success in problem/issue identification, documentation, tracking and resolution.\nProficient PC skills including ability to compile spreadsheets for data collection.
