Our church audio, video, and lighting systems are powerful, yet user-friendly, and equip our clients with the right industry tools and training to take their worship experiences to the next level.\nWe value providing a rewarding employee atmosphere of working as a team towards shared goals and rewards, and we are looking for individuals who embody our core values of: People First, Driven by Excellence, Be Humble-Stay Humble, Integrity Speaks Louder than Words, Generosity without Limits, Don’t Forget to Have Fun.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop technician growth plans and provide hands-on coaching, feedback, and training.\nLead team training, installation standards reviews, and certification preparation.\nManage technician performance through regular check-ins, evaluations, and accountability.\nPartner with Installation Leadership and Foremen to prepare crews and align technician skills with project needs.\nSupport installation operations, logistics, site visits, service calls, and project labor as needed.\nMaintain installation quality standards through work reviews, troubleshooting, and quality assurance checks.\nPartner with the Installation Trainer to establish certification requirements and assess technician competency.\nFoster team engagement, recognize achievements, and support career development and retention.\nMaintain accurate administrative records and follow company policies and communication standards.\nSkills and Abilities:\nStrong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.\nAdvanced knowledge of AVL installation practices, including wiring, terminations, rigging, and troubleshooting.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and hold team members accountable.\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.\nAbility to collaborate across teams and work independently.\nJob Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\n3-5 years of hands-on AVL installation or similar technical experience required.\nOSHA-30, aerial scissor lift, boom lift, and forklift certifications required; Summit may provide.\nCurrent DOT physical and required safety certifications.\nTechnical training or certification in AVL or a related field preferred.\nAssociate’s degree in electronics, audio-visual technology, or a related field preferred.\n5+ years of AVL installation experience and 1-2 years of team leadership experience preferred.\nAdvanced knowledge of technical drawings, rigging, system testing, troubleshooting, and equipment configuration preferred.\nValid driver’s license and ability to be insured under Summit’s insurance policy preferred.\nAbility to travel to project sites, including out-of-state locations, and meet the physical demands of installation work.\nWork Location: In person, at our headquarters in Colorado, with travel to project sites as needed (50% travel).\nJob Type: Full-time\nBenefits:\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nHealth insurance\nPaid time off\nVision insurance\nSchedule:\nFull-time - minimum 40 hours per week\nMonday-Friday, 50% travel\nSchedule may vary based on project and operational needs.\nCore Business Hours:\nMonday-Friday 9am-4pm MT\nJoin our team and contribute to Summit Integrated's commitment to serving people and the Church.
