understanding of contact center statistics, operations, and KPIs\nFamiliarity with a CCaaS platform (Genesys Cloud CX, NICE CXone, Five9, or Cisco UCCE/PCCE) is a plus, not required\nExposure to Microsoft Azure Communication Services or broader Azure infrastructure\nLocation: India -
