You will work directly with the founder to translate business problems into scalable backend systems. Over time, this role is expected to grow into a Tech Lead / CTO role as the company scales.\nThis role is best suited for someone who wants to build from scratch, learn fast, and take real ownership.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nDesigning and building the core backend architecture\n\nIntegrating with multiple data sources (APIs, files, databases)\n\nDesigning databases and data models for analytics\n\nBuilding reliable data pipelines\n\nMaking early decisions around scalability, performance, and security\n\nExploring AI/ML capabilities where they create real value\n\nWho Should Apply\nYou should apply if you:\nEnjoy building systems from scratch\n\nAre comfortable working with ambiguity\n\nCan translate business needs into technical solutions\n\nWant to grow into a leadership / CTO role over time\n\nValue ownership and long-term impact over short-term comfort\n\nYou do not need to have held a “CTO” title before.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong backend development experience (any modern stack)\n\nSolid understanding of APIs, databases, and integrations\n\nExperience working with data-heavy systems\n\nExposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)\n\nInterest in AI/ML (hands-on experience is a plus, not mandatory)\n\nCompensation\nEarly-stage compensation with meaningful equity / upside\n\nOpportunity to shape the product and
