Administration\nAssist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.\n\nSupport documentation for onboarding and internal HR processes.\n\nOrganize and manage HR files and ensure proper record keeping.\n\nEmployee Engagement Support\nAssist in organizing internal activities, employee engagement programs, and team initiatives.\n\nSupport HR in preparing materials for internal communications and events.\n\nHR Operations Support\nAssist with preparation of HR reports, trackers, and administrative documentation.\n\nSupport HR with day-to-day operational tasks and coordination with different departments.\n\nEnsure HR documents and processes follow company policies and procedures.\n\nGeneral Administrative Support\nAssist in preparing letters, forms, and internal documentation.\n\nSupport data entry and updating HR trackers.\n\nProvide general administrative support to the HR team when required.\n\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.\n\nGood communication skills in English and Malay.\n\nOrganized, proactive, and detail-oriented.\n\nWilling to learn and able to work
