Bhd., a BPO and Technology Solutions provider, is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Lead to oversee and manage end-to-end human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have strong HR knowledge within a BPO environment, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in visa and work permit processing. Experience in payroll processing and basic accounting knowledge will be a strong advantage.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and payroll processing\n\nSupport hiring needs across BPO operations, ensuring timely and quality manpower delivery\n\nHandle payroll preparation, verification, and coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement\n\nManage visa, work permit, and employment pass processing for foreign employees\n\nEnsure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, company policies, and SOPs\n\nAct as the point of contact for employees on HR-related matters\n\nCoordinate with management on workforce planning and HR initiatives\n\nMaintain accurate HR records, payroll data, and employee documentation\n\nSupport performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement activities\n\nWork closely with finance/accounts teams on payroll-related matters\n\nJob Requirements\nDiploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO environment\n\nFluent in spoken and written Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)\n\nGood command of English (spoken and written)\n\nStrong knowledge of visa and work permit processing in Malaysia\n\nHands-on experience in payroll processing\n\nBasic accounting knowledge is an advantage\n\nFamiliar with Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices\n\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and leadership
