This role focuses on B2B outbound lead generation, including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and multi-channel prospecting.\nYou will work closely with the Business Development function to identify potential clients, execute outbound outreach activities, manage lead data, and track engagement across platforms. This role is ideal for someone interested in sales operations, outbound marketing, or growth roles, and who enjoys research, communication, and structured outreach.\nKey Responsibilities\nResearch and identify potential B2B prospects using LinkedIn, email databases, company websites, and other relevant platforms.\n\nBuild and maintain targeted lead lists based on defined criteria (industry, role, company size, region).\n\nSupport outbound lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.\n\nAssist in managing LinkedIn outreach activities, including connection requests, follow-ups, and message sequencing.\n\nHelp draft and personalize outreach messages to improve response rates.\n\nMonitor replies, engagement, and follow-ups to ensure timely action.\n\nSupport outbound email campaigns, including cold outreach and follow-up sequences.\n\nAssist with list segmentation and basic personalization.\n\nTrack email performance metrics such as open rates, response rates, and meetings booked.\n\nUpdate and maintain lead records in CRM systems or tracking sheets.\n\nQualify and tag leads based on engagement and readiness.\n\nAssist in preparing simple outreach and lead performance reports.\n\nCross-functional Support:\nCollaborate with marketing and growth teams to align outreach messaging.\n\nConduct light market and competitor research.\n\nSupport ad-hoc outbound and growth-related initiatives.\n\nQualifications & Skills\nStrong written communication skills.\n\nGood research and data organization skills.\n\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn and professional outreach etiquette.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\n\nInterest in B2B outreach, lead generation, or growth roles.\n\nWhat You’ll Gain\nPractical experience in B2B outbound lead generation.\n\nExposure to real-world outreach strategies and tools.\n\nMentorship from experienced professionals.\n\nPortfolio-worthy experience in lead generation campaigns and reporting.\n\nOpportunity for future full-time or extended engagement based on performance\n\nWork Timings\n7am -
