content.\nMonitor email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide basic analysis.\n\nPoster & Graphic Design:Create visually engaging posters, social media graphics, flyers, and simple digital assets using tools like Canva, Adobe or similar.\nEnsure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.\n\nSocial Media Marketing:Support content planning and calendar management for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.\nDraft engaging captions, monitor comments, and engage with our community.\nAssist in creating and scheduling posts using social media management tools.\n\nCross-functional Support:Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideation and execution.\nConduct light market research or competitor analysis as needed.\nHelp track and report on campaign performance across channels.\n\nQualifications & Skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nCreative mindset with attention to detail.\nAbility
