As the current study is being conducted in the UAE, candidates must be residing in the UAE. In this role, you will help test and validate our mobile application across different Android devices, operating system versions, and real-world usage scenarios.\nYou will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure the application performs reliably, accurately captures data, and provides a smooth user experience.\nThis role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable using Android smartphones and Windows laptops, and interested in mobile application testing.\nLocation\nUAE (Dubai or other Emirates)\nCandidates must currently reside in the UAE\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall and configure testing software on Android devices and Windows laptops.\nConnect Android devices to laptops using a USB cable and execute guided testing scenarios.\nPerform functional testing across different Android devices and Android OS versions.\nFollow testing procedures provided by the engineering team to validate application functionality.\nVerify application behaviour, data capture accuracy, and overall system performance.\nPerform regression testing after bug fixes and application updates.\nIdentify, document, and report bugs, issues, and observations in a clear and structured manner.\nMaintain accurate testing records and documentation.\nParticipate in periodic review meetings with the engineering and product teams.\nCommunicate testing findings and recommendations effectively.\nTechnical Requirements\nComfortable using Android smartphones and Windows laptops.\nBasic understanding of mobile applications, software installation, and basic troubleshooting.\nAbility to follow detailed testing procedures accurately.\nComfortable installing and using testing tools with guidance from the engineering team.\nStrong attention to detail and analytical thinking.\nAbility to reproduce issues consistently and document findings clearly.\nHardware Requirements\nAccess to at least one Android smartphone (Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, Google Pixel, or equivalent).\nAccess to a Windows laptop with a stable internet connection.\nAbility to connect an Android device to a laptop using a USB cable.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience in Mobile App Testing, Quality Assurance (QA), Technical Support, Software Validation, or a related field is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with bug reporting tools and testing documentation is preferred.\nGood written English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).\nSelf-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.\nTime Commitment\nInitial Setup & Intensive Testing Phase (First 3-4 Weeks)\nApproximately 20 hours per week\nFocus on application setup, device compatibility testing, validation, and issue identification\nOngoing QC & Monitoring
