As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives.\nJob Description\nConduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing customers using the provided database and leads.\nEngage customers professionally, understand their needs, and identify potential sales opportunities.\nPresent, promote, and explain products and services using persuasive and consultative communication skills.\nQualify leads and successfully set appointments for the sales team based on defined criteria.\nFollow up consistently with leads generated through marketing campaigns, databases, and other sources.\nAchieve and exceed weekly and monthly calling, qualified lead, appointment-setting, and sales targets.\nMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, call outcomes, and appointments in the CRM system.\nBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.\nHandle customer objections, rejection, and enquiries professionally.\nCollaborate closely with the sales team to ensure qualified appointments and leads are properly handed over.\nIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.\nJob Requirements\nNationality: Malaysian\nMinimum 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, business development, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.\nStrong outbound telemarketing experience required, particularly calling customers and setting appointments.\nProven track record of generating qualified leads and securing sales appointments over the phone.\nExperience in BPO, call centre, telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development highly preferred.\nExcellent English communication skills (spoken and written) required.\nMandarin-speaking ability will be an advantage.\nConfident in handling objections, rejection, and difficult customer conversations.\nPersuasive, persistent, and results-oriented with a positive attitude and strong resilience.\nGood time management and organisational skills.\nWorking knowledge of CRM systems and relevant computer applications.\nMinimum SPM qualification or equivalent.\nSalary\nBasic Salary: RM2,800 -
