advantage.\n\nExperience\n1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development.\n\nExperience in technology solutions, SaaS, or B2B sales preferred.\n\nExposure to Mandarin-speaking clients or markets will be highly valued.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nGenerate, qualify, and nurture new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and online channels.\n\nConduct consultative conversations in Mandarin and English to identify client pain points.\n\nMaintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM system.\n\nCollaborate closely with account executives and project leads to convert qualified prospects into active clients.\n\nResearch and identify potential business opportunities within targeted industries.\n\nSchedule product demonstrations and follow up with clients to ensure engagement.\n\nAchieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to lead generation and conversion.\n\nMaintain a strong understanding of theplatform, features, and value propositions.\n\nSkills Required\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.\n\nStrong consultative and persuasive sales abilities.\n\nKnowledge of CRM tools and digital sales platforms.\n\nProficiency in remote communication tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.).\n\nAbility to manage time effectively in a work-from-home setup.\n\nHighly self-motivated,
