This role focuses on engaging senior decision-makers across the banking, insurance, and investment sectors to drive attendance for an exclusive industry workshop in Kuala Lumpur.\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate strong consultative communication skills, confidence in engaging C-suite stakeholders, and the ability to execute strategic outreach across multiple channels.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct targeted outreach to senior decision-makers within banks, insurance firms, and investment companies.\n\nExecute multi-channel engagement strategies including LinkedIn, personalized emails, tele-outreach, and WhatsApp communication.\n\nProfessionally introduce and position the workshop to secure registrations and attendance.\n\nBuild rapport with C-level executives through consultative and value-driven conversations.\n\nMaintain accurate and detailed records of outreach activities, RSVP confirmations, and follow-ups.\n\nEnsure all communications align with professional standards and project expectations.\n\nAchieve project targets, including securing confirmed attendees for the event.\n\nParticipate in ongoing coaching sessions and team briefings to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.\n\nRequirements\nProven experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar outbound sales role.\n\nExperience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite or executive-level contacts.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and consultative approach.\n\nAbility to navigate complex organizational structures and identify decision-makers.\n\nExperience in multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls, messaging platforms).\n\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational and tracking skills.\n\nAble to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience in financial services, corporate events, or B2B engagement campaigns is an added advantage.\n\nFamiliarity with CRM systems and outreach tracking tools.\n\nAdditional Information\nTarget Onboarding Date: On or
