conversion and retention.\nStay informed about industry trends, market changes, and our products to better assist clients.\nWho are we looking for:\nBachelor's degree in any related field\nMust fluent in both English and Hindi is a MUST.\nHave experienced and exposure with India market before.\nMinimum of 5 year of experiences in telesales or customer handling, preferably in financial services.\nKnowledge or experience in the FX & CFDs industry is a MUST.\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.\nResults-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding conversion targets.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and
