Bhd., are a BPO and Technology Solutions provider, where innovation meets excellence.\nAs we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Solution Engineer SCCM/Intune, providing expert support in endpoint management and enterprise solutions.\nPosition\nSolution Engineer SCCM/Intune\nJob Description\nDeploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM and Intune).\n\nManage Windows device lifecycle including patching, software distribution, and asset tracking.\n\nImplement Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies.\n\nCollaborate with security teams to enforce device compliance and data protection policies.\n\nSupport BYOD and corporate device enrollment and policy deployment.\n\nTroubleshoot and optimize endpoint management system performance.\n\nTravel to client offices when required and provide on-site technical support.\n\nJob Requirements\nStrong knowledge of SCCM and Intune architecture and features.\n\nProficient in Windows client management and PowerShell scripting.\n\nUnderstanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, Windows Autopilot, and related technologies.\n\nPrior experience in enterprise-scale endpoint management is preferred.\n\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel for work engagements.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-500).\n\nExperience managing cross-platform devices (iOS, Android, macOS).\n\nJob Type\nFull-time\nSalary\nBasic RM15,000 -
