Bhd., are a BPO and Technology Solutions provider, where innovation meets excellence.\nAs we expand our operations, we are looking for a talented Solution Support Coordinator to join our team and support our Australian sales team with operational and sales processes.\nPosition\nSolution Support Coordinator (Petaling Jaya)\nJob Description\nPrepare accurate quotes for products, services, licensing, and managed service offerings.\nSend quotes to customers, track outstanding proposals, and conduct follow-ups as required.\nTake ownership of the renewals process from identification through completion, including preparation of renewal quotes and client notifications.\nMaintain accurate CRM records and generate structured sales reports for leadership visibility.\nCoordinate with distributors and vendors for pricing, availability, deal registrations, and renewals.\nSupport the sales team with meeting preparation, internal coordination, and documentation.\nCommunicate with customers regarding quotes, renewals, order status, and required documentation.\nIdentify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline sales execution.\nJob Requirements\n3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, order management, or similar roles within IT, SaaS, MSP, or technology distribution.\nStrong understanding of quoting workflows, renewals cycles, and CRM processes.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail in pricing, documentation, and commercial information.\nAbility to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and support multiple sales team members.\nExperience interacting with distributors and vendors is a plus.\nExposure to Australian or similar Western business environments is desirable.\nJob Type\nFull-time, work in office, 5 days a week\nSalary\nBasic RM3200 -
