understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers\nBuild relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services\nGenerate and follow up on leads, converting them into sales appointments and ultimately into closed deals\nMeet and exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on increasing revenue growth and market share\nCollaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on new products and services and gather insights on customer needs\nMaintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.\nAttend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills\nRequirements:\nDiploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field\n1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing\nStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly\nJob Type\nFull-time\nRotational shift, 5 days a week\nSalary\nBasic:
