existing customers to promote products and services.\n\nClearly explain product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions to customers.\n\nGenerate leads, close sales, and achieve assigned telemarketing targets.\n\nHandle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information to support sales conversion.\n\nCustomer Engagement & Sales Support\nBuild rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships.\n\nIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during calls.\n\nEnsure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.\n\nReporting & Compliance\nAccurately update customer details and call outcomes in the system.\n\nAdhere to company scripts, policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.\n\nMeet or exceed individual and team KPIs related to sales and call performance.\n\nJob Requirements\nMinimum 1-2 years of experience in Telemarketing, Sales, or Customer Service (sales-focused).\n\nStrong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).\n\nConfident, persuasive, and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.\n\nAbility to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced, target-driven
