Financial Analysis:Conduct thorough financial analysis of property performance, including income statements, cash flow projections, and budgeting.\nIdentify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.\n3. Market Research:Stay abreast of market trends and dynamics affecting the multi-family sector.\nUtilize market research to inform investment and management decisions.\n4. Investor Communication:Establish and maintain strong communication channels with investors.\nProvide regular updates on portfolio performance, financial metrics, and strategic initiatives.\nAddress investor inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.\n5. Due Diligence:Participate in property acquisition due diligence processes, including financial analysis and risk assessment.\nProvide insights into potential challenges and opportunities related to new acquisitions.\n6. Reporting:Prepare regular reports on property performance for internal stakeholders and investors.\nUtilize Excel and other tools to create comprehensive and visually appealing reports.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.\n3 years + experience in real estate/multi-family asset management.\nStrong financial modeling and analytical skills.\nHigh proficiencyin Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and modeling.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nKnowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.\n Physical Demands: The job is periodically sedentary but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour and inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time and stooping for brief periods of time.
