Director of Media & Events

The Director of Media & Events is a highly visible, externally facing leader responsible for elevating Summit K12’s brand through strategic events, media, partnerships, and industry relationships. This person will lead our Media & Events team while serving as a key representative of Summit K12 at conferences, media events, podcasts, and partner engagements.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of executive presence, relationship-building skills, business acumen, and hands-on media and events experience. They should be equally comfortable presenting or emceeing in front of a large audience, interviewing education leaders on camera, negotiating a sponsorship agreement, and leading a team through the successful execution of a major conference.

Because this role regularly represents Summit K12 in partnerships, events, interviews, and engagements conducted in both English and Spanish, professional fluency in both languages is required. Experience within K-12 education or EdTech is also strongly preferred.
