This team member will focus on lead generation and signing up new high net worth clients. The BD Principal will develop opportunities through a number of different channels.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nBuild close ties and credibility with COI referral partners who have relationships with high net worth individuals and families, including but not limited to corporate partners, banks, CPA, estate attorneys, and real estate agents\nDevelop new referral channels for business development\nProperly qualify marketing-generated prospects and close opportunities\nBuild close ties and credibility with custodian referral partners who have relationships with high net worth individuals and families\nEffectively represent Summitry’s investment philosophy and financial planning services in meetings with prospective clients, and provide valuable and trustworthy financial planning insights and portfolio-related advice in these exchanges\nClose new business within our defined sales process. Commit to quarterly and annual goals, and execute.\nManage smooth transition of new client to Summitry’s management services, setting expectations to ensure retention long after the close\nPartner with Private Client Group Financial Advisors in order to convey key information on client’s financial situation and objectives\nBecome an integral part of the BD process, assist the team in continuous improvements, and seek personal and professional growth\nQualifications\nSelf-motivated and results-driven, with the persistence and work ethic to build a pipeline from scratch and the accountability to own a number\n4 years of experience in sales with proven success and entrepreneurial drive\nHighly organized;
