Join Sumsub's team!\nYour role and tasks:\nEffectively interact with users, including both verbal and written communication\n\nSafeguard data, ensuring confidentiality and security\n\nAdherence to legal regulations and company standards\n\nPaying attention to detail and precision when carrying out tasks\n\nContinuous updating of knowledge and skills in line with industry and regulatory changes\n\nOnly inbound calls, no outbound calls, chats or emails required.\n\nNo customer support or complaint handling required. Simply guide the user through all necessary steps\n\nAbout you:\nPrevious experience in customer service-based roles is considered an advantage, but no work experience is required.
