As the product is constantly growing and improving, so is our dedicated team of regional managers.\nTherefore, we are now inviting an expert in the area of new as well as existing technology and data partner enablement to lead the Electronic Signature product suite.\nYou will take over the:\nExpansion and management of the products and features related to non-documentary identity verification. Specifically, regarding the following:\n\n - Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES)\n- Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES)\n- Other application signing methods (e.g., NOM-151)\nYou Will Be Doing:\nOwning the end-to-end delivery and ongoing management of the designated Data Intelligence products.\n\nEnsuring continuous client product adoption and revenue growth through cross-team cooperation.\n\nEstablishing and maintaining successful long-term relationships with Data and Technology Partners.\n\nIdentifying product optimization opportunities through stakeholder feedback as well as data analytics, and designing appropriate solutions.\n\nMinimizing unplanned product discontinuation and operational downtime through fallback and redundancy options.\n\nCreating and maintaining high quality internal and external product documentation.\n\nActing as the primary contact point for both internal stakeholders as well as clients concerning product support.\n\nAbout You:\n1+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on KYC, compliance, fintech, or digital identity products. Experience in a technical product management role is highly preferred.\n\nSolid notion of Identity Verification solutions and the Identity Verification market.\n\nExcellent command of English; notion of the French or Spanish languages (B2-C2) will be a huge plus.\n\nStrong technical background with the ability to understand complex product concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.\n\nStrong partner/technology provider relationship management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple connections at once.\n\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nRemote-first, trust-based culture.
