As the product is constantly growing and improving, so is our dedicated team of regional managers.\nTherefore, we are now inviting an expert in the area of new as well as existing technology and data partner enablement to lead the North America market.\nYou will take over the\nExpansion and management of the products and features in the region related to Non-Documentary Identity and Address Verification. Specifically, regarding the following:\nMobile Driver's Licenses\n\nIdentity Wallets\n\nData Sources\n\nOpen Banking\n\nYou will directly influence key metrics such as revenue, user growth, product adoption, and customer trust, helping Sumsub continue to protect millions of users worldwide.\nWe’re a remote-first, internationally distributed team that values accountability, collaboration, and impact. If you’re motivated by solving meaningful challenges and building technology that makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat you'll do at Sumsub\nCoordinate new database product releases and manage the portfolio of existing products.\n\nManage integration partner relationships and continuously look for opportunities for improvements. \n\nEnsure ongoing reduction of database product costs as well as implementation of redundancy options.\n\nCollaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to expand our customer base, maximize revenue, and drive retention.\n\nCollaborate with Legal and Data Protection teams to navigate commercial and regulatory challenges seamlessly.\n\nWork alongside Product Marketing to craft compelling go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and demand.\n\nWe’d love to hear from you if you have\nExperience in product management, with a focus on KYC, compliance, fintech, or digital identity products. Experience in a technical product management role is highly preferred.\n\nSolid notion of Identity Verification solutions and the Identity Verification market.\n\nExcellent command of English; notion of Spanish (B2-C2) will be a huge plus.\n\nStrong technical background with the ability to understand complex product concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.\n\nStrong partner/technology provider relationship management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple connections at once.\n\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.\n\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive Compensation.
