Now we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Ops Solutions Engineer tohelp us build and maintain automations, integrations, and AI-powered solutions across our marketing stack.
You will work alongside our Marketing Ops Solutions Architect and take ownership of technical projects where the overall architecture is already clear - from building n8n workflows and connecting new tools to improving existing automations and experimenting with new AI use cases.
This is a technical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys figuring out how systems work and making repetitive processes disappear.
What You Will Be Doing:
Build and maintain automations and integrations using n8n
Connect marketing tools through APIs, webhooks, and native integrations
Improve and refactor existing workflows
Troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues
Automate repetitive processes across the marketing team
Build AI-powered workflows and internal tools
Experiment with new AI use cases and turn useful ones into working solutions
Work with CRM, Growth, Analytics, Web, and other teams on technical projects
About You:
Experience building automations or integrations
Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools
Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data transformations
Basic JavaScript or similar scripting experience
Ability to independently troubleshoot technical problems
Experience working with AI beyond simply using ChatGPT - for example, LLM APIs, AI workflows, agents, classification/extraction, or internal AI tools
Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools quickly
Nice to have:
n8n experience
HubSpot or Salesforce experience
Experience with marketing technology
Experience building AI agents or other LLM-powered workflows
