The role combines hands-on administration, business analysis and coordination with developers.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nGather requirements from Finance, define acceptance criteria and write clear specifications, identifying what can be configured and what needs development.\n\nManage the Jira backlog and coordinate delivery with developers, agreeing priorities with your manager.\n\nConfigure custom fields, records, forms and SuiteFlow workflows; build saved searches, reports and dashboards.\n\nManage users, roles and permissions across subsidiaries, supporting segregation of duties and audit readiness.\n\nHandle CSV imports and mass updates, maintaining data integrity and master data quality.\n\nBuild and edit Advanced PDF/HTML templates for invoices, credit memos and statements.\n\nTest customizations, integrations and NetSuite releases in Sandbox, coordinate UAT with Finance, and validate financial transactions and GL impact.\n\nSupport users, troubleshoot issues, document changes and write short user guides.\n\nAbout You:\nHave experience administering ERP, CRM or other business systems, such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Dynamics or Odoo.\n\nAre comfortable configuring fields, forms, reports and workflows.\n\nUnderstand data models, record relationships and reference data.\n\nCan clarify stakeholder requests and write clear technical specifications. Please bring an example to the interview.\n\nHave basic HTML/CSS skills and feel comfortable editing templates, including using AI tools to write and review code.\n\nHave English at B2 level or above and a careful approach to testing and documentation.\n\nNice to Have:\nNetSuite experience or certification.\n\nFamiliarity with JavaScript, SQL or integrations.\n\nExperience in business analysis, systems analysis or project coordination.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nRemote-first, trust-based culture.
