Your mission is two-fold: first, bridge the feature gap between Reusable KYC and KYB by adapting proven mechanics; second, pioneer next-generation corporate identity wallets, reliance networks, and universal business profiles.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nTake full ownership of the Reusable KYB product and be accountable for its adoption and success.\n\nWork closely with B2B customers to understand real-world problems and turn insights into product improvements.\n\nIdentify and prioritize initiative work that drives the greatest impact on usage, value, and customer outcomes.\n\nDrive product decisions using clear goals, data, and direct customer feedback.\n\nBalance discovery and delivery to ensure we build the right capabilities at the right time.\n\nCollaborate with engineering and analytics to ship meaningful, measurable improvements.\n\nDesign and align the product roadmap in close coordination with the broader Reusable team.\n\nAbout You\n3+ years of B2B Product Management experience in RegTech, FinTech, Crypto, Digital Identity, or highly regulated software domains.\n\nProven track record of validating customer problems through direct feedback and translating qualitative insights into measurable product adoption.\n\nComfortable discussing backend technical concepts, including REST APIs, tokens, webhooks, microservices, and digital wallet architectures.\n\nStrong literacy in the B2B RegTech space, with an eye for market trends, competitor mechanics, and customer onboarding friction points.\n\nEqually comfortable defining multi-quarter strategic vision and executing daily with engineering to deliver sprint commitments.\n\nLanguage: Fluent English (written and spoken).\n\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity or high-level awareness of global B2B identity initiatives such as GLEIF, eIDAS 2.0, VASP / Travel Rule, or accredited Reliance KYC/KYB models.\n\nHands-on exposure to digital wallet product design, credential management, or decentralized identity models.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nRemote-first, trust-based culture.
