You will work closely with the sales, product and operational teams to provide technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and architectural guidance to Sumsub's Tier-1 prospects and leads across the EMEA region.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nSolution Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their technical and business requirements and positioning our solutions accordingly.\n\nProduct Demonstrations: Prepare and conduct live and customized demonstrations of Sumsub’s all-in-one platform, showcasing its capabilities and value proposition.\n\nTechnical Discovery & Qualification: Work closely with prospective clients to gather technical requirements, assess integration needs, and define solution architectures.\n\nAccount Expansion & Upselling: Partner closely with CSMs and Account Managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts, uncovering technical pain points and pitching new product modules (e.g., Transaction Monitoring, KYB, fraud workflows).\n\nPoC Execution: Lead PoCs and trials to validate Sumsub’s technology during both new business and existing account expansion cycles, working closely with client technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.\n\nSales & Account Support: Partner with the sales and account management teams throughout deal cycles, providing technical expertise, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and addressing customer concerns in both written and verbal communication.\n\nIntegration Consulting: Guide customers on best practices for integrating APIs and SDKs, ensuring a smooth and efficient deployment for initial setups as well as new feature rollouts.\n\nStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and CS) to align solutions with evolving customer needs and market trends.\n\nAbout you:\nAbility to quickly master new technologies and articulate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and commercial audiences.\n\nSolid working knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based SaaS architectures (hands-on coding background is a plus, but not required).\n\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to cross-functional stakeholders (prior client-facing or presales experience is a strong advantage).\n\nSharp analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting mindset when dealing with integrations and customer requirements.\n\nGenuine curiosity and interest in Fintech, RegTech, Fraud Prevention, and Compliance (domain exposure is a bonus, but not mandatory).\n\nFull professional fluency in English (written and spoken).\n\nFlexibility and willingness to travel across the EMEA region for key customer meetings, workshops, and industry events.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nRemote-first, trust-based culture.
