As you move through the process, we'll work together to understand which team and opportunity are the best fit for your profile and interests.\nTeam description\nSumUp's Business Analyst community turns operational and commercial challenges into clear, data backed decisions. As a Business Analyst, you'll partner with stakeholders across sales, operations and finance, building the dashboards, projects and insights that support better decisions every day. This opening covers five Business Analyst positions across five different teams, each with its own focus, so there's a strong chance one of them is the right fit for you.\nThe teams you could join\nHere's a short look at each team, so you can see which one resonates most with you.\nSales Channels\nSupport one of SumUp's sales channels with dashboards, metrics and routines that help leadership track performance and productivity. You'll also work with the People Enablement teams, tracking onboarding success and supporting initiatives that help reduce turnover.\nOperations Automation\nHelp scale automation across SumUp's Americas support operations. You'll identify where automated or AI assisted interactions can replace manual work, partner with engineering and product teams to build these solutions, and help keep quality and trust high as automation grows.\nOnboarding and Verification \nImprove how merchants are verified across Brazil, Chile and the US. You'll support projects that reduce friction in the onboarding and verification journey, partnering with identity, risk and engineering teams, while keeping an eye on regulatory requirements.\nCommercial Planning (Sales and Growth)\nBuild the forecasting and investment models that guide decisions for our Sales and Growth teams. You'll track performance, develop ways to measure the return on sales investment, and partner with stakeholders across Finance and Sales to improve how we plan and invest.\nKYC, Fraud Prevention and Regulatory Operations\nSupport SumUp's Brazil onboarding operations by strengthening how we manage KYC and fraud prevention. You'll investigate operational data to spot friction points, monitor regulatory requirements from Brazil's Central Bank, and support improvement projects in partnership with Compliance, Risk and Engineering teams.\nWhat you'll do\nTurn business questions into clear dashboards, reports and analyses that support day to day decisions\nCollect and interpret operational data to spot trends, friction points and opportunities for process improvement\nBuild and maintain data queries, dashboards and structured documentation (for example SQL, Tableau, Excel) to track key performance indicators\nStandardise how metrics are defined and measured, so different teams work from the same numbers\nPartner with stakeholders across business and technical teams to scope problems, prioritise work and remove blockers\nSupport improvement projects from definition to delivery, tracking risks, dependencies and progress against clear milestones\nDeliver ad hoc analyses and practical recommendations that support leadership decisions\nYou'll be great for this role if\nYou have solid knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Excel or BI platforms like Tableau, with the ability to turn numbers into clear insights\nYou have experience supporting or leading projects, including setting priorities, tracking progress and managing risks and dependencies\nYou are able to translate business questions into technical requirements and explain technical concepts to non technical audiences\nYou feel comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across functions and seniority levels, building trust and alignment along the way\nYou are fluent in English and a proactive, analytical mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities\nWhy you should join SumUp\nOpportunity to work with a truly global, multicultural team from our dynamic São Paulo hub in the heart of the city.
