Earnings are uncapped and will depend on your individual sales performance.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nThe most successful Field Sales Consultants create their own opportunities and take ownership of their territory.\nYou will:\nProspect local SMEs through face-to-face visits, door-to-door sales and outbound activity\n\nBuild strong relationships with local business owners\n\nSell SumUp’s payment, card-processing, hardware, POS and software solutions\n\nGenerate new business and manage your own sales pipeline\n\nTake merchants from the first conversation through to onboarding\n\nDevelop referrals and build your own customer portfolio\n\nPlan your activity and manage your territory effectively\n\nWho We’re Looking For\nWe are looking for people with a genuine hunter mentality and an entrepreneurial approach to sales.\nRelevant experience may include:\nB2B new business sales\n\nField sales or direct sales\n\nDoor-to-door sales\n\nPayments, card processing or merchant services\n\nPOS or EPOS systems\n\nTelecoms\n\nEnergy\n\nTechnology sales\n\nOther target-driven sales environments\n\nPrevious field sales experience is beneficial, but your mindset matters most.\nYou should be comfortable approaching businesses, creating your own opportunities, handling rejection and closing new business.\nTraining and Support\nYou will receive structured onboarding and ongoing support covering:\nProduct knowledge\n\nSales conversations and demonstrations\n\nTerritory planning\n\nProspecting and lead generation\n\nObjection handling\n\nPipeline management\n\nMerchant onboarding\n\nSumUp provides the brand, technology, products and support.
