As part of a small, Berlin based team, you'll take ownership of flagship learning programmes and step in as a trusted facilitator, helping leaders and teams build the skills they need to do their best work. With demand for learning and development growing fast across SumUp, you'll have real scope to shape how programmes are delivered, grow your own facilitation craft, and work directly with teams in Berlin and beyond.\nWhat you'll do\nPlan and deliver SumUp University programmes end to end, covering scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants and stakeholders\nFacilitate training sessions independently, including leadership modules, and take ownership of core programme content\nDesign and deliver tailored workshops for teams at onsites and offsites, based on each team's specific needs\nCreate and refresh training materials, adapting content for different audiences and office locations\nSupport related learning initiatives such as hackathons, internships, and coaching programmes\nBuild strong relationships with leaders and teams across SumUp to understand learning needs and improve existing content\nWhat we’re looking for…\nExperience designing and facilitating training sessions or workshops for diverse audiences, ideally including leadership development.\nStrong programme and project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, logistics, and stakeholders across several initiatives at once.\nAbility to adapt content and facilitation style for different teams, formats, and in person settings, including onsites and offsites.\nComfort working independently while building trusted relationships with leaders, teams, and external partners.\nA genuine interest in people development, with the confidence to take ownership of sessions and drive them forward.\nWhy you should join SumUp\n Opportunity to work with SumUppers globally on large-scale fintech products used by millions of businesses worldwide, from our Berlin office.
