The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with flexibility to work from home and occasional in-office presence required for new hire onboarding, training, collaboration, and project-related needs.\nDuties / Responsibilities:\nOversee daily operations of Global Shared Services team including general accounting, fixed assets, intercompany, leases and other items as assigned\nSupervise the month-end and year-end close processes including completion of all journal entries, account reconciliations, reports and other items related to closing\nManage accounting personnel including training, goal setting, annual reviews, coaching and other HR related duties\nEnsure J-Sox controls are working properly within areas of responsibility\nProvide support for internal and external audit requests related to both financial audits and J-Sox audits\nManage timely processing of global fixed asset activities including settlements, capitalizations and depreciation postings\nManage timely processing of global intercompany activities including cross-charges, royalty accounting, balancing of accounts and transfer pricing blended rates\nManage timely processing of global lease activities including additions, renewals, terminations, transfer of postings to SAP and other closing activities\nIdentify issues/errors within areas of responsibility and take corrective action or escalate to upper management as needed\nIdentify process improvements within areas of responsibility and implement changes to enhance efficiencies\nDevelop strong working relationships with key finance personnel throughout the global organization\nQualifications :\n5+ years prior accounting/finance experience\n3+ years supervisory experience is a plus\nSAP experience is a plus\nStrong research and communication skills (oral and written)\nProficiency with Excel (including pivot tables), Word & Outlook\nStrong ability to work as a team member in a fast paced, multitask environment \nGood organization skills, detail-oriented\nLease Accelerator experience is a plus\nEducation:\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting\nBENEFITS\nWe offer a range of market-competitive total rewards that include merit increases, paid holidays, Paid Time Off, medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability benefits, 401(k)+match and life insurance.
