In this role, you will help administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the platforms that keep employees securely connected around the world.\nReporting to the Messaging Systems Manager, you will work with Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, mobile device management platforms, email security technologies, and end-user mobility solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional to build hands-on experience in enterprise messaging, mobile device management, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMessaging Administration and Support\nAssist with the administration and support of Microsoft Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises environments.\n\nSupport Sun Chemical's hybrid Microsoft 365 messaging infrastructure.\n\nMonitor mail flow and perform message tracking investigations as required.\n\nCreate, maintain, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts used for messaging administration and reporting.\n\nAdminister Active Directory messaging-related objects, including:\n\nUser mailboxes\n\nShared mailboxes\n\nContacts\n\nDistribution lists\n\nMail-enabled security groups\n\nSupport Azure AD Connect (DirSync) synchronization processes.\n\nAssist with Microsoft 365 administration activities including Exchange Online, Teams, Purview, Defender, and Intune.\n\nRespond to user incidents and service requests related to email, calendaring, and collaboration services.\n\nFollow established change management, operational, and support procedures.\n\nEmail Security and Compliance\nSupport email security platforms including:\n\nSonicWall Email Security Gateway\n\nTrend Micro Deep Discovery Email Inspector (DDEI)\n\nTrend Micro Cloud App Security\n\nDMARC\n\nAssist in monitoring, identifying, and resolving email security threats including phishing, spoofing, malware, and spam attacks.\n\nCollaborate with the Cyber Security team to improve messaging security controls and incident response activities.\n\nSupport Microsoft Purview compliance and retention initiatives.\n\nAssist with email investigations and security audits as required.\n\nMobility Administration andSupport\nSupport mobile device management operations using Ivanti Cloud MDM.\n\nResponsible for the ordering and billing of mobile devices in the United States.\n\nAssist with administration of Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense.\n\nProvision, configure, and support primarily iOS devices and selected Android devices.\n\nSupport Apple Business Manager and supervised device enrolment processes.\n\nAssist users with mobile device setup, troubleshooting, security compliance, and device lifecycle activities.\n\nMaintain mobile device policies and security configurations in accordance with company standards.\n\nDocumentation andCommunication\nDevelop and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.\n\nPrepare and distribute user communications, outage notifications, and service announcements.\n\nMaintain accurate operational procedures and configuration documentation.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements.\n\nTechnology and Continuous Improvement\nResearch and evaluate new messaging and mobility technologies.\n\nAssist with testing and implementation of new features, services, and platforms.\n\nStay current with Microsoft 365, messaging security, and mobility technology trends.\n\nParticipate in technology improvement projects and platform upgrades.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nHands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.\n\nExperience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices.\n\nWorking knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, PowerShell, and Intune.\n\nFamiliarity with email security platforms and foundational cybersecurity practices.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and customer-service skills.\n\nAbility to follow established change-management and operational procedures while contributing to continuous improvement.\n\nEducation andExperience\nOne to three years of experience in IT support, messaging administration, mobility management, or related infrastructure technologies.\n\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPreferred Experience\nPowerShell scripting or automation.\n\nMicrosoft 365 administration.\n\nMobile device management platforms.\n\nApple Business Manager.\n\nPreferred Certifications\nMicrosoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).\n\nMicrosoft Endpoint Administrator Associate or another Microsoft messaging-related certification.\n\nCompTIA A+ or Network+.\n\nITIL Foundation.\n\nWork Schedule and Travel\nFull-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional schedule flexibility to support global business needs and critical technology initiatives.\n\nApproximately 5% to 10% travel, including occasional travel outside the United States.\n\nBENEFITS\nWe offer a range of market-competitive total rewards that include merit increases, paid holidays, Paid Time Off, medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability benefits, 401(k)+match and life insurance.
