The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and leading projects that support business growth and operational efficiency.\nRESPONSABILITIES\nDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting a service-oriented customer culture.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to increase business performance.\nProspect and acquire new customers within a designated territory.\nGenerate new revenue streams in markets.\nLead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with company procedures, systems, and processes, including the use of CRM and business tools.\nMonitor market trends, competitors, customer needs, and commercial opportunities to support business growth.\nTHE PROFILE\nMinimum 5 years of experience in account management with financial responsibility, ideally in the printing industry.\nStrong negotiation and influencing skills, strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute commercial strategies.\nProven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.\nExperience in project management and continuous improvement initiatives.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.\nDeep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.\nAbility to build effective relationships across functions and with external stakeholders.\nAdaptability and capability to lead change initiatives.\nFluent French and English.\nExcellent teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY\nIt is Sun’s policy that applicants for employment are recruited, selected, and hired on the basis of individual merit and ability with respect to the position being filled.
